Is eero protected against NATJack?

In eeroOS 7.16.1 eero released hardening measures against the class of vulnerabilities that target Network Address Translation (NAT) known as NatJack. To learn more about NatJack and mitigations taken, please visit our blog.

How do I check my firmware version?

To check your own eero network and confirm you’re on eeroOS 7.16.1 or later:

  1. On the eero App Home tab, and tap the eero whose firmware version you'd like to see

  2. Locate Software Version, the firmware version is listed here 

Note: Updating this network will cause it to automatically reboot.
